Enjoy this one-to-one class and chef Zoe will give you the confidence to master vegan essentials if you’re looking to transition to a vegan diet. You will learn how to make:

  • Nut cheese

  • Mayonnaise

  • Béchamel sauce and a dish such as lasagne or burgers.

Zoe is happy to tailor the class according to your individual needs and special requests.

Capacity: This class is for 1 person, however you can find the class for 2 people here, or a class for up to 4 people here. This is also dependent on the size of your kitchen space available.

Ingredients: Cost of ingredients included.

Duration: 2.5 hours.

Contains: Gluten, nuts

Location: Chef Zoe is happy to have classes at her home, or yours.

All speciality equipment will be supplied by the teacher.
