You don't have to be a professional pastry chef to make these delectable little pastel-coloured treats! Chef Clare will guide you through the mixing, drying and baking of the shells as well as how to make a delicious ganache filling and assemble the finished macarons.

All ingredients are provided as well as a recipe/fact sheet to keep.

Capacity: This class is for 1 person, however you can find the class for 2 people here, 3 people here, or 4 people here. This is also dependent on the size of your kitchen space available.
