Book this one-to-one class with chef Paola and learn how to make a true Italian antipasti selection and create a number of southern Italian inspired dishes to be served up individually, or collectively for the ultimate Italian buffet. This includes:

  • Panzanella salad

  • Aubergine rolls

  • Peperonata

  • Courgette with olives

  • Potato salad

  • Chick pea and prawn stew

  • Pitta di patata - Puglian potato cake

  • Bombette - meat rolls

Capacity: This class is for 1 person, however you can find the class for 2 people here, or 3 people here. This is also dependent on the size of your kitchen space available.

Ingredients: Cost of ingredients included.

Duration: 4 hours.

Contains: Gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Milk.

Location: Chef Paola is happy to have classes at her home, or yours.

All speciality equipment of food processor, kitchen scales and knives will be supplied by the teacher.
