This class is great for foodies that would love to understand the culinary art of cooking from the ground up. In this one-to-one class with chef Mircel you will enjoy the following:

  • Learn and understand the many different ways of cooking ingredients and how they impact the overall flavour of the food.

  • The different methods that can range from boiling, poaching, grilling, paper bag (en papillotte) roasting and stewing - to just name a few.

  • How to create stocks, soups, sauces and then using those basic sauce in your everyday home cooked meals.

  • We will also take the troublesome dishes that you would like to improve and rework the dish or dishes into ones that you will enjoy and master time and time again.

Capacity: This class is for 1 person, however you can find the class for 2 people here, 3 people here, or for 4 people here. This is also dependent on the size of your kitchen space available.

Ingredients: Cost of ingredients included.

Duration: 1.5 hours.

Contains: Once class is booked, allergies or personal preferences will be discussed between yourself and Mircel.

Location: This class will take place from your home.

All speciality equipment will be supplied by the teacher.
