Book this one-to-one class with chef Kate and learn how to make these brunch beauties:

  • Eggs benedict - muffins, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce (bring your own choice of filling e.g ham, salmon, or spinach)

  • Courgette and cheese savoury muffins

  • Brioche loaf - Kate will provide recipes for French toast

Ideal for a weekend morning, this brunch and baking class will set you up with some great basics to impress your friends, and jazz up your weekend!

We’ll learn (and eat!) how to cook the classic but technical dish of eggs benedict, including English muffins from scratch. Bring along your favourite accompaniment (ham, salmon, spinach, or anything else you fancy) to finish off the dish.

We’ll also make some courgette and cheddar muffins, which would also be great to make ahead for a grab and go breakfast in the week. Finally, a small brioche loaf to keep is a fantastic skill to learn and will set you up for loads of breakfast options and beyond.

Capacity: This class is for 1 person, however you can find the class for 2 people here, or 3 people here. This is also dependent on the size of your kitchen space available.

Ingredients: Cost of ingredients included, you’ll just need to purchase your eggs benedict filling of choice!
