Enjoy this class with a friend or loved one and get ready for the festive Christmas season with chef Anita. You'll learn to create a range of plant based sweeties using seasonal vegetables and spices such as:

  • Beetroot and cardamom halva

  • Sweet potato and saffron pudding

  • Turmeric and date cupcakes

Most of us find making healthy desserts quite challenging. In this class we will cover a range of mouth-watering delicious recipes for you to impress your friends and family.... because there is nothing like having a home made, guilt-free hearty dessert.

Capacity: This class is for 2 people, however you can find the class for 3 people here, 4 people here, or learn one-to-one here. This is also dependent on the size of your kitchen space available.

Ingredients: Cost of ingredients included.

Duration: 3 hours.

Contains: Gluten, wheat, dairy, nuts, fruit, soy. Once class is booked, allergies or personal preferences will be discussed between yourself and Anita.

Location: Chef Anita is happy to have classes at her home, or yours.

All speciality equipment will be supplied by the teacher.
