Enjoy this class with four friends or loved ones, and you’ll pay just £65 each - that includes the ingredients too! In this class Chef Viviana will give you a better understanding of what hormones are, and how to balance them through food, learning to live a healthier life for your mind and body.

You’ll learn to cook a plethora of quick and easy dishes you can make using about 20 basic ingredients in your home and how to variate. These are adaptable based on personal preference but some examples of what you’ll cook are:

  • Breakfast: Using similar ingredients for healthy porridge as you would for apple crumble.

  • Lunch: Better nutrition throughout the day, seasonal dishes such as healthy chicken and roasted vegetable wraps.

  • Dinner: From curries, to hearty soups, rice and pasta dishes using beans and lentils.

Every course comes with a Ebook about hormones.

Capacity: This class is for up to 5 people, however you can find the class for up to 4 people here, or up to 6 people here. This is also dependent on the size of your kitchen space available.
